New Leaf Search is partnering with a leading European financial services organisation in its search for an Assistant Internal Relationship Manager on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy broker focused sales team, supporting Internal and External Relationship Managers in developing strong introducer relationships and delivering high standards of service across the Asset Finance process.
The role combines sales support, proposal administration, documentation and relationship management, helping ensure transactions are accurately prepared and progressed through Risk and payout while supporting brokers and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
Key Accountabilities
- Load and accurately prepare new business proposals.
- Respond to broker and internal stakeholder queries.
- Support meeting preparation and arrange appointments.
- Prepare transaction and legal documentation.
- Ensure proposals submitted to Risk are complete, accurate and compliant with policy.
- Check documentation and progress approved transactions through to payout.
- Prepare credit applications and supporting information.
- Produce quotes, management information packs and penetration reports.
- Issue rate cards, calculators and other partner information.
- Request invoices, buyback documentation and residual value information.
- Support end of term administration and documentation.
- Maintain strong internal and broker relationships while working to agreed KPIs.
Person Specification
- Good knowledge of Asset Finance and Leasing.
- Strong administrative and organisational capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good commercial awareness and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work accurately to deadlines.
- Confident supporting sales and relationship management activity.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered.
