New Leaf Search has partnered with an SME-focused financial services company in its search for a Broker Manager. Salary £60,000 – £70,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Southern England (Remote).

The Role

The Broker Manager will focus on developing direct and introduced business across multiple channels, building strong relationships with brokers, introducers and professional partners while driving new business growth and profitability. This is a commercially focused position combining relationship development, deal structuring and market expansion within the asset finance sector. You will cover the South of England (Oxford and below).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through brokers, introducers and direct channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, insolvency practitioners, accountants, lawyers and referral partners.
  • Structure and negotiate transactions, preparing high-quality credit applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Support and internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to customers on products and solutions.
  • Maintain structured pipeline management and CRM activity.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth strategy.
  • Support risk and collections teams where required to protect portfolio performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience within asset finance or financial services business development.
  • Strong broker relationship management and new business origination skills.
  • Commercially minded with experience structuring deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
  • Organised, proactive and target-driven approach.
