Business Development Manager β Manufacturing, Construction & Transportation β England (Flexible / Remote)
About the role: Join an international B2B financial solutions provider in a pro-active new business role within hard asset markets. Build and manage relationships with introducers and end customers across Manufacturing, Construction, and Transportation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships & maintain introducer accounts
- Generate leads via calls, emails, social media, events, and trade shows
- Conduct sales meetings (remote & in-person) and deliver product training
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and wider team to identify opportunities
- Achieve sales targets & drive business growth
What weβre looking for
Proven Asset Finance & Leasing experience
Strong commercial understanding in hard asset finance
Track record in client engagement, pipeline building & deal closure
Self-starter with high motivation & results-driven mindset
Confident negotiating with senior stakeholders
UK market experience
