J3291 – Business Development Manager / Director
New Leaf Search has partnered with a European organisation providing B2B lease finance for digital services in its search for a Business Development Manager / Director.
You will be responsible for generating new business through strategic partnerships, developing relationships within the organisation’s existing eco-system, and leveraging your own networking activities.
You will structure and sell a range of solutions, including:

Traditional finance and residual value-based leasing

Subscription-based and as-a-Service models
This role requires significant business development experience and a proven track record in client-facing solution selling, ideally involving digital solutions and/or asset finance in a B2B environment.
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus and benefits
Location: UK – London / Home Counties (Hybrid)
