About the Company

We are proud to represent a globally recognised, Irish-owned business that continues to lead the way in its specialist field. This company has earned a stellar reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation—and they’re growing. Now, they’re looking for a Maintenance Support Technician to join their team in a hybrid role that combines hands-on product expertise with strong people skills and a keen eye for technical detail.

About the Role

This is a hybrid support role requiring weekly travel to the Dublin facility to inspect, oversee, and carry out minor repairs on a very limited number of returned or defective products. You will also liaise directly with customers and wholesale partners, provide technical support and guidance, and communicate with US customs where needed to address occasional shipping or product clearance issues. This role requires a problem-solver with a technical mindset, someone who’s comfortable speaking with customers and supporting both domestic and international partners.

  • Liaise with US customs to resolve any issues related to product entry.
  • Provide support and training to wholesale partners and individual customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers experiencing technical issues.
  • Handle the occasional product recall or return, inspecting and identifying root causes.
  • Work closely with the COO and Sales Manager to report findings and assist in continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Technically minded with a hands-on, practical approach to problem solving.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a technical support, maintenance, or product troubleshooting role is an advantage.
  • Residing in Northern Ireland and within commutable distance to North Dublin as required.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative when faced with unfamiliar problems.
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude and a passion for solving issues efficiently.

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to join a globally respected Irish company making a real impact.
