Hourly Rate: £13 - £14 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Sleep in Rate: £70 per sleep

We’re looking for Therapeutic Support Workers to join our home in Redditch where we provide a safe, nurturing space for children who’ve experienced complex trauma. Rooted in the principles of PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP), our work is grounded in the belief that connection, trust, and compassion are at the center of all meaningful care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted adult for children aged 8–17
  • Build relationships rooted in empathy, acceptance, curiosity and play
  • Support young people with trauma to develop emotion regulation skills
  • Help young people find their voice and thrive
  • Support daily routines and development of young people
  • Work closely with our consulting psychologist and external professionals to deliver holistic care
  • Model calm, kindness and structure, even on tough days

What You’ll Need:

  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
  • A big heart and strong boundaries
  • Resilience and a sense of humour
  • Willingness to learn and understand trauma-informed care
  • 12 months direct experience working with children and young people
  • Completion or willingness to complete Level 3 / 4 Qualification in Children and Young People
