MANAGER FOR BEHAVIOUR & LEARNING
Permanent Position Based at Kingsbridge Community College (starting January 2027)
We are looking for an exceptional person to effectively manage our behaviour & inclusion strategies in line with the College’s culture and ethos and to contribute to the wider behaviour management of all students attending the College.
You must have outstanding relational skills, be child centred, extremely well organised, reliable, efficient in dealing with situations as they arise, and can prioritise workload.
You will be expected to lead by example and use initiative.
NJC Grade D8-12 (£27,709-£29,542 - full time equivalent). Pro rata: £23,942 to £25,525 approximate salary. Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (Term time plus inset days).
Closing date 9.00am Monday 2nd November 2026.
