Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Assistant to work for a lovely company in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The finance role will be working closely with the Finance Manager, supporting with everyday accounting duties, invoices, expenses, payments, and payroll administration. This is a varied Finance admin and payroll support job opportunity to start ASAP initially on a temp basis with a possible view to going permanent.
Pay rate: £15-17 per hour + holidays
Location: Hybrid working – Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Accounts & Payroll duties:
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Processing payments
- Supporting the monthly payroll process
- Checking and obtaining approval for expenses
- Handling payroll queries
- General admin support as needed
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts/Finance/Bookkeeping role with payroll administration experience
- Attention to detail and flexible working approach
- Good IT skills
