We’re looking for an experienced branch manager to run the day-to-day operations of our van rental branch and help grow the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage vehicles, customers, and a small team, as well as develop relationships with local businesses.
The Role:
- Manage the branch and take responsibility for overall performance
- Find and develop new B2B customers and look after existing client accounts
- Oversee the van fleet, including availability, maintenance, and general condition
- Handle van rental and sales enquiries from start to finish
- Lead, support, and develop the branch team to maintain good customer service
- Ensure all compliance, insurance, safety, and administration tasks are completed correctly
Working Hours:
- The branch operates Monday to Saturday
- This is a full-time role and is 40 hours per week with working days scheduled across the week to cover branch opening hours

- Experience in vehicle rental, automotive sales, or a similar sales-focused environment
- Comfortable with B2B sales and building long-term customer relationships
