Digital Project Manager

As our Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring smooth execution, risk mitigation, and alignment with client requirements. You will act as the key coordinator, transforming a reactive environment into a structured and efficient workflow, and balancing internal and external relationships to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. About You You should be technically minded, passionate about the digital world, and capable of collaborating closely with development teams. Your ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders is essential. Favourable Qualifications Prince2 Certified Scrum Master Skills for Success Proactive problem-solving approach Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Develop and communicate project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure requirements are understood and tracked, with regular progress updates Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies Define project teams and visualize delivery methodologies Manage resource allocation and prioritization Communicate project status regularly to clients and stakeholders Document processes related to service delivery, including SOW, requirements, proposals, MoSCoW, RAID, RACI, and billing plans Obtain formal sign-off on project stages and documentation Ensure accurate timesheets and invoicing, supporting finance as needed Drive revenue and utilization metrics Advise talent managers on resourcing needs well in advance Manage internal projects and client servicing levels Oversee third-party contractors and agencies Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the team Coordinate closely with project teams to align on goals and timelines Conduct testing, snagging, and post-project support Support revenue recognition processes Maintain regular communication on project status, issues, and risks Provide leadership and motivation to project teams Facilitate project retrospectives for continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
