As the Year Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping academic and pastoral success, working closely with staff, pupils and parents to ensure that every child achieves their potential.

- Lead, support and inspire a team of teachers and teaching assistants within the year group.
- Drive high standards in teaching, learning and assessment.
- Monitor and support pupil progress, behaviour, and well-being.
- Coordinate planning and curriculum delivery to ensure consistency and progression.
- Act as a role modelof outstanding classroom practice.
What you will need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent successful teaching experience at the primary level.
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment.
- Proven leadership skills or leadership potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil achievement and well-being.
