New Horizons Primary School is seeking a proactive Behaviour & Support Officer to help ensure every child feels supported, safe and ready to learn. You will work closely with the SENCo, Behaviour Lead and pastoral team to provide targeted support to pupils and help them overcome barriers to learning.
The role includes one-to-one mentoring, promoting positive behaviour and collaborating with families and external agencies to support pupil wellbeing.
