Maximising Students Opportunities & Potential. Tailored interventions for students missing out on or struggling to stay in education, college/university, work placement, or employment. The roadmap involves identifying the plan, actions, steps, and movements needed to reach your destination, goal, or achievement. A holistic approach to effectively de-escalate crises and equip students with tools and skills for mental wellbeing. Targets are based around social and personal pathways.
