Clinical Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant Location: LE15 area Hours: 24-hour shift, with full-time and part-time opportunities available Pay: Up to Β£14.75 per hour for experienced Clinical Support Workers, with the potential to earn more Contract: Permanent Are you compassionate, dependable and committed to helping people live safely and independently at home? We are looking for Clinical Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting clients in the LE15 area. Whether you already have care experience or are looking to begin a rewarding career in care, we will provide the induction, training and ongoing support you need to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role You will provide dedicated one-to-one support tailored to the clients needs. Working as part of an established care team on a 24-hour shift, you will deliver safe, compassionate and dignified support in line with each clients individual care plan. Your work will promote comfort, choice, independence and wellbeing. What You Will Need A compassionate, reliable and professional approach Good communication skills and a commitment to treating people with dignity and respect The ability to follow care plans, training and agreed procedures Confidence working independently and as part of a wider care team Willingness to complete accurate care records and report changes promptly Desirable Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Helpful Experience Previous experience in any of the following areas is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided: Moving and handling, including the use of specialist equipment Supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs Monitoring and reporting changes in a clients condition Working with people who have sensory impairments or neurological conditions Main Duties Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients own home. Support all aspects of personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect Carry out agreed clinical interventions in line with individual care plans and completed training Assist with safe moving, positioning and the use of appropriate specialist equipment Observe clients wellbeing and report any changes or concerns promptly Complete care records and other documentation accurately Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals and family members where appropriate Promote each clients independence, safety, choice and wellbeing at all times What We Offer Pay of up to Β£14.75 per hour for experienced staff, with the potential to earn more Workplace pension with employer contributions Fully funded NVQ training, with paid time off for examinations Comprehensive induction and ongoing clinical training Regular supervision and support Opportunities for career development and progression A supportive and approachable management team The opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day Ready to apply?
