About the Role You will provide dedicated one-to-one support tailored to the clients needs. Working as part of an established care team on a 24-hour shift, you will deliver safe, compassionate and dignified support in line with each clients individual care plan. What You Will Need A compassionate, reliable and professional approach Good communication skills and a commitment to treating people with dignity and respect The ability to follow care plans, training and agreed procedures Confidence working independently and as part of a wider care team Willingness to complete accurate care records and report changes promptly Desirable Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Helpful Experience Previous experience in any of the following areas is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided: Moving and handling, including the use of specialist equipment Supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs Monitoring and reporting changes in a clients condition Working with people who have sensory impairments or neurological conditions Main Duties Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients own home.
