We are looking for a part-time, hardworking and reliable Rota Assistant and Office Administrator to join our happy, growing team. This role is part-time, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:30 to 14:30. If you are passionate about Care and want to contribute to creating a positive and supportive company culture, this is the right position for you.
You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following duties:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the office administration and support the Director as required.
- Support rota preparation; an experienced team will guide you in understanding our rota fully.
- Maintain and record annual leave, ensuring adequate cover for our clients.
- Filing and maintaining accurate and well-organised records.
Skills and qualities required:
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, supportive attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team with a proactive, can-do approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
