About the Role
You will provide dedicated one-to-one support tailored to the clients' needs. Working as part of an established care team on a 24-hour shift, you will deliver safe, compassionate and dignified support in line with each client's individual care plan. Your work will promote comfort, choice, independence and wellbeing.
