LE7 area .
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care within the client's own home, helping them maintain their independence while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role As part of a dedicated care team, you will provide 24-hour support to a client with complex healthcare needs.
You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, compassionate and dignified care while promoting the client's comfort and wellbeing.
Essential Clinical Experience Applicants must have previous experience in: Tracheostomy care Ventilator care Moving and handling, including the use of specialist equipment Providing care for individuals with complex clinical needs Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition Main Duties Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Support all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining dignity and respect.
Carry out clinical interventions in line with individual care plans and training.
Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator care safely.
Assist with moving and positioning using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Accurately complete care records and documentation.
Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team and family members where appropriate.
Promote the client's independence, safety and wellbeing at all times.
Essential Requirements Previous experience supporting clients with tracheostomies and ventilators is essential.
Experience in moving and handling is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
