Support Workers
to join our team, supporting a client with learning disability in the
LE16 area . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care within the client's own home, helping them maintain their independence while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role As part of a dedicated care team, you will support clients with learning disability as part of a 24-hour rota. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, compassionate and dignified care, promoting the client's comfort and wellbeing. What You Will Need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, reliable and professional approach The ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
both attract higher rates of pay Helpful Clinical Experience Experience in any of the following is welcome, but not essential
