We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Worker to join us on a part-time weekend basis. At New Horizons Care, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional standard of care to vulnerable clients in their own homes in the East Midlands.
Our carers play a vital role in our clients' lives, ensuring assistance according to their individual and personal care requirements, whilst enjoying a rewarding and enriching industry of work with flexibility and career progression. We are looking to recruit a Support Worker who shares our principles and who is dedicated and passionate about providing support to those who need it.

This vacancy is part time Saturdays/Sundays (We would be open to negotiate which day(s) of the week for the right candidate however you would need to commit to a template of at least one set day per week) and be available to cover holidays and sickness within the team.
Due to our clients' needs, a full UK Driving Licence is preferable. You will need to follow key principles to obtain the clients' respect and dignity. You will be a keen routine follower, abide by the clients' Care Plan, and have a calm and friendly approach.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the independence of our clients. We uphold an exceptional standard of care, providing truly personal services that empower our clients to live their lives to the fullest. Your ability to communicate and relate to our client(s), as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring changes in individual conditions.
