We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting a client with learning disability in the LE16 area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one care within the client's own home, helping them maintain their independence while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role
As part of a dedicated care team, you will support clients with learning disability as part of a 24-hour rota. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe, compassionate and dignified care, promoting the client's comfort and wellbeing.
