Role Description
The Night Cleaning Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Feltham, responsible for overseeing night cleaning operations to ensure all areas are cleaned to agreed standards.
This role includes planning and allocating nightly cleaning tasks, supervising cleaning staff, and monitoring performance and attendance.
The Night Cleaning Manager will inspect facilities regularly, address any issues or customer feedback, and ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly.
The role also involves coordinating with daytime management, reporting on work completed, and making continuous improvements to cleaning processes and schedules.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe use of cleaning tools, machinery, and materials.
- Experience with facility management or facilities operations, particularly in cleaning and hygiene standards.
