Your New Role: The Sales Executive plays a key role in managing the flow of new business enquiries, liaising with clients, introducers, estate agents, and supporting the conveyancing team in converting leads into active instructions. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients, so a friendly and professional manner is essential.
What You'll be Doing:
- Handle incoming enquiries from clients.
- Issue detailed quotations promptly upon receipt of enquiries via phone, email, or other platforms.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective clients via phone calls and emails to answer queries, receive updates on their transaction status, and confirm their decision to proceed.
- Log all client correspondence accurately to ensure consistent communication and transparency across the team on the case management system.
- Coordinate diary appointments and assist with scheduling initial client consultations.
- Actively encourage client feedback to support continuous improvement and share key insights with the Sales Manager.
- Retain information regarding the conveyancing process to assist clients with their queries, to ensure clients receive clear, accurate information.
- Represent the firm at promotional or networking events as required.
- Take direction from the Sales Manager and support other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience in a sales support, coordinator, or client services role or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent written communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Professional, courteous, and client focused.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant terminology.
- Experience working in a law firm, estate agency, or property services company.
- Familiarity with systems like Hoowla, Leap, or Proclaim.
- Confident using CRM or case management systems.
- Telesales Experience.
