We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and hardworking individual to join our hotel team in a multi-functional live-in position combining Barista, Breakfast Chef, and Emergency Duty responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Barista Duties
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café area
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Breakfast Chef Duties
- Preparing and serving breakfast to hotel guests
- Maintaining food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Assisting with light food preparation where required
- Emergency Duty Responsibilities
- Acting as the overnight emergency contact for the hotel when rostered
- Responding to urgent operational matters or guest emergencies if required
- Ensuring the safety and smooth overnight operation of the premises
