We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Front of House Assistant to join our team. This is a flexible, multi-functional role primarily focused on preparing and serving high-quality coffee, while also supporting front of house operations, including waiter duties when required. You will be part of a small, dynamic team in a busy hotel café environment, delivering excellent service to both hotel guests and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving coffee and beverages to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Supporting table service when required
- Assisting with general front of house duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café area
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and reception teams
