Overview of the Head of New Hall English Language Academy at New Hall School. We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and dedicated leader to play a key role in the life of New Hall as the Head of our newly launched English Language Academy. The successful candidate will lead our English Language Academy, direct the teaching of English as an Additional Language (EAL) and enhance the boarding life of the School. New Hall School offers an exceptional working environment, set in a Grade I listed building that is the former Tudor palace of Beaulieu. The School has around 300 staff and a warm, welcoming, supportive community. A new London rail station at Stratford will open in 2025, offering convenient access.

Responsibilities
- Lead the English Language Academy and direct the teaching of English as an Additional Language (EAL).
- Enhance the boarding life of the School and contribute to the wider school community.
- Play a key role in the life of New Hall as head of the academy and contribute to CPD and staff development.
