The predicted salary is between 37000 - 44000 £ per year.
We are looking for a hard-working individual, who is a team player and will work flexibly, contributing positively towards the delivery of our reactive, and large-scale maintenance programme. You will be required to carry out a range of internal and external works, including tasks at height. Duties will include:
- tiling
- pointing
- brickwork
- slabbing
- power washing
- bin chute clearances
- general labouring duties
- clearing voids
The post will also require you to enjoy working as part of a team as well as possessing the ability to work in a demanding, reactive environment with minimum supervision, therefore it is vital that you possess excellent customer service skills. You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of safe working practices and be able to plan, organise and deliver your daily workload effectively. Overall, you will have sound communication skills and be able to demonstrate a positive approach and commitment to delivery of the Association’s key objectives.

- Hours of Work - 39 hours per week
- Rate of Pay - £17.85 per hour
- Annual Leave Entitlement - 22 days Annual Leave year 1st April to 31st March
- Public Holidays - 15 days
