The predicted salary is between 34600 - 39600 £ per year.

We are a dynamic community-controlled organisation. We own and manage 2,500 homes for rent and factor 1,900 owners’ homes. We are committed to the sustained physical, social and economic regeneration of the Gorbals.

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and dynamic Housing Officer to join our Housing Services Team. As a Housing Officer at New Gorbals HA you will be the face of the association to our tenants and service users within the community.

As part of our high performing Housing Services Team which places our tenants and the community at the heart of our service, you will be expected to deliver a broad range of generic housing services including:

  • Rent arrears
  • Allocations
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Estate management

This will be for a patch under your control and to which you will be accountable.

Salary: EVH Grade, PA22 to PA25 £40,635 to £44,619

Hours: 35 hours per week
