As a Factoring Assistant you will support the association in our delivery of services to our factored owners and other non-SST tenures within the community. You will be the first point of contact for customer in relation to the numerous and complex issues that arise through the delivery of this service and provide significant administrative support.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of understanding of relevant legislation relating to factoring, shared ownership and Mid- Market Rent.
- Excellent communication both verbally and written to effectively deal with estate management and repairs issues.
- Excellent communication, presentational and policy writing skills.
Salary: EVH Grade5, PA13 to PA16 £31,792 to £35,332
