We are looking for an accomplished designer who works across digital and traditional mediums to shape client problems into creative, thoughtful executions.

Your role

  • 1. You have a growing range of expertise across design disciplines, and are discovering your specialism and calling within design.
  • 2. You are able to work independently & proactively in client projects of increasing sizes.
  • 3. You are able communicate your thinking transparently within the team and to clients.
  • 4. You ask thoughtful questions to gain context and seek constructive feedback before embarking on your work.
  • 5. You are familiar with strategy, brand, website, and product project scopes and can recognise unforeseen possibilities in each project to help you plan ahead.

  • 7. You listen for new working practices and values that shape our shared studio culture.
  • 8. You practice empathy and fairness with others, holding yourself to high internal standards.

Requirements

  • - Relevant experience in design, (be it as a brand, product or digital designer), ideally within creative studios or scaling start-ups.
  • - Proficiency in Figma, and the Adobe CC suite.
  • - A great understanding & experience in a wide range of design disciplines, from branding to website and product design.
  • - Ability to strategise, create, and conceptualise creative solutions to client problems from brief-to-delivery.
  • - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work — from idea to exploration, iteration, to a final polished design output.
  • - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas clearly to clients and team members, and a willingness to work directly with clients on their problems.
  • - Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with our multi-disciplinary team of designers, developers, and thinkers.
  • Nice to have
  • - Any experience working in animation, motion, or with an understanding of interaction design.
  • - Any experience using tools such as

  • - Knowledge of development basics to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Our responsibilities

  • 6. We are studio-first , but offer a

WFH policy for quiet focus days, going to the gym, and everything in-between.

  • 7. We have flexible working hours , with core hours between

10am-4pm Monday through Friday .

  • 8. We host regular team socials outside the office, from lunches and after-work drinks, to creative outings and seasonal celebrations.
  • 9. We reward commitment - at five years you receive
  • £2,500 + 5 paid days off , and at ten years you receive
  • 10. We have dog-friendly office
