About Us

We’re New-Found-Hope, a multi-award-winning Scottish adaptive footwear start-up launching the world’s first early-intervention trainer for toe-walking kids aged 3–7. On a mission to empower kids of all abilities to spring forward with new-found-hope in their soles! We’re preparing for a major Kickstarter launch this summer.

This will be a fast-paced role, so we need someone who is agile, creative, and strategic and a social media native to help tell our story — not just sell shoes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate directly with our founder on graphics, photoshoots, and short/long-form video
  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube
  • Design and execute a Kickstarter-focused content calendar
  • Lead weekly creative meetings to align content with brand tone and voice
  • Write engaging captions and schedule 3-5 posts per week
  • Respond to DMs and engage the community (light touch, thoughtful tone)
  • Track performance and suggest creative experiments
  • Help bring Amazing Arlen (our playful character) to life online
  • Support and co-manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
  • Coordinate influencer outreach and manage creative partnerships

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Are a self-led creative but love collaborating
  • Have understanding in multiple creative mediums e.g. graphic design/illustration, photography, videography
  • Have 2+ years of social content management (bonus if in parenting, kids or purpose-led space)
  • Know how to build and run influencer campaigns
  • Are familiar with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite and analytics
  • Have run ads with A/B testing and ROI-focused reporting
  • Understand how to communicate with time-poor, caring mums and dads aged 25–35
  • Can keep things real - light, warm, hopeful and genuine (not corporate or overly curated)

Bonus Points If...

  • You’re a parent (especially if you’ve walked the toe-walking or neurodivergence journey)
  • You’ve helped run a successful Kickstarter
  • You align with our faith-based values (not required — but very welcome)

(If you have some but not all of these, please still apply!)

What You’ll Get:

  • Purposeful work that matters
  • Creative freedom to shape a meaningful brand
  • Flexible working
  • Real opportunity to grow into a core team member
  • Access to founder-led mentorship and a growing support team
