PEDALL New Forest Inclusive Cycling is a health and wellbeing charity that helps everyone, no matter what their need, to get out and cycle in the New Forest National Park amongst nature. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to deliver engaging cycling sessions for people with additional needs, against the stunning backdrop of the New Forest National Park.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver inclusive cycling sessions using a fleet of specialist cycles and mountain bikes.
- Run open cycling sessions for anyone with an additional need or barrier, enabling them to enjoy the freedom of cycling in the New Forest.
- Train a team of volunteers, work experience students, and PEDALL Ride Assistants, some with additional needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with experience of planning and delivering high-quality, outdoor recreation sessions to diverse audiences, whilst understanding the benefits of helping people with additional needs get outdoors and active in the natural environment.
Details
Working from our PEDALL bases in Ashurst and Burley and across the New Forest, this role requires a valid driving licence and is subject to a DBS check. This is a seasonal role for 12 months from March 2026 for up to 30 hours per week and involves working occasional weekends.
