We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Reception Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-tier hospitality.
Role Overview: As our Reception Manager, you will be the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage the daily operations of the reception team, ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of customer service, whether they are checking in, seeking assistance, or checking out. Your leadership, organisational skills, and passion for hospitality will be key to providing an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the reception team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and phone enquiries.
