We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our guests' comfort and safety during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests arriving or departing at night.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises.
- Provide our guests with late check-ins and early check outs as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle any guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the hotel is tidy, organised, and secure throughout the night.
- Complete light cleaning of Front of House areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fire and emergency procedures.
- Prepare and serve any late-night refreshments or snacks to guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
