We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly personable Wedding Showround Executive to join our events team on a zero hours basis, supporting all four of our beautiful hotel venues. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meeting people, loves weddings, and has a natural ability to sell an experience — not just a venue.
About The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering inspiring and professional wedding showrounds to prospective couples, helping convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. The role will primarily support our venues across the group, with regular Saturday and Sunday hours.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging and personalised wedding showrounds
- Build rapport with couples and understand their vision
- Showcase packages, menus and venue spaces confidently
- Work closely with our Events Team to hand over confirmed bookings
- Ensure show spaces are presented to the highest standard
- Confident, warm and professional communicator
- Natural sales ability with a passion for weddings
- Flexible and reliable, with weekend availability (including Saturdays & Sundays)
- Well-presented and highly organised
- Previous hospitality, sales or events experience preferred
- Zero hours contract
- Hours will vary based on demand
- Regular weekend shifts required
