This is a part-time, permanent role (3 days per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays).

The role
As a Reservations Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests—setting the tone for their stay. You’ll:
- Handle bookings for rooms and dining, via phone, email, and online channel
- Respond to enquiries from guests and agents with professionalism and care
- Prepare tailored quotes and confirm bookings accurately
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will be:

- A strong communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner
