We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to manage the kitchen at our scenic hotel in the heart of the New Forest.

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations and food production, producing great quality food for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.

This role is a practical one that involves cooking and would be perfect for a Senior CDP, Senior Sous-Chef, Head Chef looking for something slightly different.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our small kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

Whilst these skills are desirable, training will be given in use of computer software and cost management etc

  • Looking to gain experience in a kitchen management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • A passion for food, quality, and customer service.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control kitchen costs.
  • organisational and time management skills.

What We Offer

  • A competetive salary of £41,6000 per annum, 40 hours, 5 days per week to include weekends and bank holidays.
