We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy pub-style restaurant and hotel located in the heart of the New Forest. Our venue is food-led, well-established, and hosts a high volume of weddings, events, and hotel guests, alongside a strong à la carte trade.

The Role

  • Chef de Partie position in a professional, fast-paced kitchen
  • Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (weekends included)
  • Hands-on role covering service, prep, and events
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy wedding and event services

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
  • Comfortable working in a busy restaurant and event environment
  • Well organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • A positive team player with a good work ethic
  • Own transport essential due to rural location
