Salary: Up to £28,500 dependent on experience, per annum + Benefits

Your Role: As the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of our restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and help deliver memorable dining experiences in a beautiful and relaxed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and motivating the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
- Overseeing daily operations
