We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our New Forest Collection team at our stunning Burley Manor Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and check them in and out of the hotel
- Manage all guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Take reservations and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
