We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Wedding and Events Executive to join our team at New Forest Hotels. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary from £27,270.00 depending on experience, per annum plus commission. A typical working week will be spread over 5 days, 40 hours a week, including weekend working as standard: Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound emails and phone enquiries to take enquiries through to final details
- Liaising with prospective clients, providing detailed quotes and invoices as required
- Assisting account management upfront with guidance, upselling and operational planning considerations
- Taking ownership for new relationships and the development and securement of new business
- Meeting and greeting prospective clients and actioning from initial show round, confirmation and detailed transfer to account management following signed contracts
- Managing all customer contact; following up enquiries with proposals leading to contract creation and accounting
- Attending, presenting and networking at exhibitions, events and internal meetings to perform duties and aid business development
- Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Ensuring all current bookings and appointments are handed over to the relevant departments within an appropriate timeframe
