The Role
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the property’s operational and commercial success. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring the hotel continues to thrive as a premier destination in the New Forest.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and events
- Ensuring consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction
