About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the heart of the picturesque New Forest. Due to an internal promotion, this exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is organised, passionate about customer service and flexible in their approach to work.
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day running of our pub, which is conveniently located next to the hotel. You will also have the opportunity to oversee and support events at our main hotel, which is a popular wedding venue. Your role will involve organising and setting up events, managing staff during service, and ensuring exceptional standards are maintained across both venues.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage food and beverage service in the pub and the hotel
  • Support and assist in the set-up and running of events, including weddings
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently provided
  • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of all areas
  • Support the management team in achieving operational and financial goals
  • Adapt and respond to the varying needs of the business
