The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every meal and drink served is delivered with warmth and professionalism. You’ll work across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces, creating memorable moments for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service
• Taking orders and serving food & drinks efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in dining areas
• Supporting events and private dining experiencesWorking closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Previous experience in food & beverage service is a plus, but full training is provided
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
