The predicted salary is between 22700 - 27270 £ per year.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Wedding and Events Executive to join our team based at our Burley Manor, Ringwood. Joining us on a full‑time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of £27,270.00 per annum plus commission. A typical working week will be spread over 5 days, 40 hours a week, including weekend working as standard: Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound emails and phone enquiries to take enquiries through to final details.
- Liaising with prospective clients, providing detailed quotes and invoices as required.
- Assist account management upfront with guidance, upselling and operational planning considerations.
- Take ownership for new relationships and the development and securement of new business.
- Meet and greet prospective clients and action from initial show round, confirmation and detailed transfer to account management following signed contracts.
- Manage all customer contact; follow up enquiries with proposals leading to contract creation and accounting.
- Attending, presenting and networking at exhibitions, events and internal meetings to perform duties and aid business development.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Ensure all current bookings and appointments are handed over to the relevant departments within an appropriate timeframe.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent qualification), grade ‘C’ or above in Math’s and English.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good, confident telephone manner.
- A willing team player with a flexible working attitude.
- Practical and confident approach to problem solving.
- Organised and happy to work on own initiative.
- Sales experience is preferred.
