We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our team based in Burley. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive up to £29000 per annum salary.

Key responsibilities of our Commis Chef:

  • Cooking and preparing food
  • Ensuring the working area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Checking off food against delivery notes and storing appropriately
  • Ordering food
  • Working alongside the kitchen brigade to ensure risk assessments are adhered to at all times and external scores are kept over 80% at all times
  • Any other tasks within the post holder’s capabilities as and when requested by the Head Chef and Hotel Manager and his/her staff
