Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and general repairs across hotels.
• Perform decorating tasks including painting, wallpapering, and minor plastering.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and conduct preventive checks.
• Work closely with hotel teams to minimise disruption to guests.
• Maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong skills in general handyman tasks, painting, and decorating.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Can‑do attitude with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Flexibility to travel between properties within the collection.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
