Responsibilities
- Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and general repairs across hotels.
- Perform decorating tasks including painting, wallpapering, and minor plastering.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and conduct preventive checks.
- Work closely with hotel teams to minimise disruption to guests.
- Maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong skills in general handyman tasks, painting, and decorating.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
- Can‑do attitude with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
- Flexibility to travel between properties within the collection.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
