We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy pub-style restaurant and hotel located in the heart of the New Forest. Our venue is food-led, well-established, and hosts a high volume of weddings, events, and hotel guests, alongside a strong à la carte pub trade.
The Role
- Chef de Partie position in a professional, fast-paced kitchen
- Working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
- Weekends included
- Hands-on role covering service, prep, and events
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy wedding and event services
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Comfortable working in a busy pub and event environment
- Well organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- A positive team player with a good work ethic
- Own transport essential due to rural location
