We are seeking a reliable and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our small kitchen brigade.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Drive efficiency while upholding the highest culinary standards.

- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment.
- A strong leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with kitchen budgeting.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
