Bartley Lodge Hotel in the New Forest area is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations across our hotel and weddings/events. You will manage a team of assistants and supervisors, work with the Head Chef and Weddings & Events Executive to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
The role requires at least 3 years in a similar position, strong leadership, budgeting and inventory experience, and a solid grasp of health and safety.
