We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable kitchen porter to join our busy pub and hotel operation in the heart of the New Forest. Join a team that’s all about delivering standout customer experiences. We care about doing things the right way especially when it comes to sustainability. Own transport is essential due to working hours and location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen serving high-quality food across a mix of busy pub dining, weddings, and private events.

The Role:

  • Supporting the kitchen team in the day-to-day cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness ensuring all crockery, cutlery and equipment is clean and ready for service as efficiently as possible
  • Working across weddings, functions, and busy service periods

Working Hours:

Typically 9:00am – 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 10:00pm. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.
